Good Fats lower Prostate Cancer risk

Men who eat more foods containing omega-3 fatty acids may have a lower risk o prostate cancer, according to a study published recently in the journal Cancer. TheĀ two kinds of omega-3 fatty acids linoleic and linolenic acids can be found in fatty fish, canola, linseed (flaxseed), corn, safflower, sunflower, cottonseed oils, walnuts, soybeans, spinach, and mustard green. Omega-3 fatty acids have also been linked to a reduced risk of heart disease.
